Bio:

Supposedly imprisoned for “being a lycan,” though no such law exists. Came to light that he was involved with the Skins and refused a “promotion,” as they call it, and was deemed too valuable to destroy instantly so the Skins’ leader jailed him in hopes the confinement and torture would change his mind.
